Bagos  : What do you think about our new English teacher?
Rudi    : I like her. She teaches us amazingly. I like English now.
Bagos  : That’s right.

In the dialog, Bagos asked for his friend’s opinion about their new English teacher. He says, “What do you think about our new English teacher?” Rudi says, “I like her. She teaches us amazingly. I like English now,” to give his opinion.

Here are some other expressions we can use to ask for and give opinions.
